TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of the Boddi website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
About Us
This store is operated by Boddi. You can contact us at boddi@navlusventures.com. Our full company details are listed in our Legal Notice.
Products and Prices
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly from the images. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Orders and Payment
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error; in that case you'll receive a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Using Our Products
Please follow the instructions and use each product as intended. Supervise your dog when using a product for the first time, and stop using it if your dog shows any discomfort.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Boddi or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
