Refund & Return Policy
We want you and your dog to love your Boddi products. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at boddi@navlusventures.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return instructions and address, so please contact us before sending anything back.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. In that case, we cover them.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. You'll get an email when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.
Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
Your Legal Rights
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a legal guarantee of conformity for faulty products. Our 30-day return policy is in addition to these rights and does not affect them.
