Information We Collect

• Contact and order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the products you order.
• Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.
• Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
• Device and usage data: your IP address, browser, device type and how you use our website, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How We Use Your Information

• To process, ship and track your order, and handle returns and refunds (to perform our contract with you).
• To answer your questions and provide customer support (to perform our contract and our legitimate interest).
• To send you emails about offers and new products, only if you've subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time (your consent).
• To understand how our website is used and to show relevant ads, only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies (your consent).
• To prevent fraud and keep our website secure (our legitimate interest).
• To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping invoices and accounting records.

Who We Share It With

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted partners who help us run our store, and only what they need:

• Shopify, which hosts our website and store.
• Payment providers, to process your payment.
• Our suppliers, fulfilment partners and delivery carriers, to prepare and deliver your order.
• Email, analytics and advertising tools, where you've given your consent.
• Authorities, when we're legally required to.

International Transfers

Some of our partners may process your information outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order information for as long as needed to complete your order and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it's no longer needed.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it (data portability) and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at boddi@navlusventures.com. We'll reply within one month.

Security

We use secure, encrypted connections and trusted service providers to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to keep your data safe.

Children

Our website is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Complaints

If you're not happy with how we handle your information, please contact us first so we can try to help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
