SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process, delivery times, costs and tracking.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
If your order contains more than one item, it may arrive in separate parcels.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on orders over €40. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all countries in the European Union and to the United Kingdom. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, import taxes or fees may apply. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at boddi@navlusventures.com.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us with your order number and we'll help you sort it out.
